Truths - Good Companionship

  • All truths are easy to understand once they are discovered, the point is to discover the truth., it cannot be reversed। You cannot uneducated the person who has learned to read. You cannot humiliate the person who feels pride. You cannot oppress the people who are not afraid anymore. We have seen the future, and the future is ours.We all have known good critics, who have stamped out poet's hopes; Good statesmen, who pulled ruin on the state; Good patriots, who, for a theory, risked a cause; Good kings, who disemboweled for a tax; Good Popes, who brought all good to jeopardy; Good Christians, who sat still in easy-chairs; and damned the general world for standing up। Now, may the good God pardon all good men!Loneliness and the feeling of being unwanted is the most terrible poverty। There are three seats in my sitting room: one for the state of being solitary, two for friendship and three for society।

  • To achieve true sustainability, we must reduce our 'garbage index" - that which we permanently throw away into the environment that will not be naturally recycled for reuse - to near zero। Productive activities must be organized as closed systems. Minerals and other non-biodegradable resources, once taken from the ground, must become a part of society's permanent capital stock and be recycled in perpetuity. Organic materials may be disposed into the natural ecosystems, but only in ways that assure that they are absorbed back into the natural production system.

Ultimately the bond of all companionship, whether in marriage or in friendship, is conversation...

  • Every child comes with the message that God is not yet discouraged of man।

  • Once social change begins, it cannot be reversed। You cannot uneducated the person who has learned to read. You cannot humiliate the person who feels pride. You cannot oppress the people who are not afraid anymore. We have seen the future, and the future is ours.

  • A good dinner is of great importance to good talk। One cannot think well, love well and sleep well, if one has not dined well.

  • Only dull people are brilliant at breakfast।

  • The dog wags his tail, not for you, but for your bread।

  • If you were going to die soon and had only one phone call you could make, who would you call and what would you say? And why are you waiting?

Being a Leader

  •   Leadership and Management

    Leadership is different from management.
  • A leader is someone who makes decisions and communicates bold messages, while a manager implements strategies, measures performance, and runs systems.
  • Being a Leader is exciting
  • Being a Manager is mundane
  • A Leader need to acknowledge the past and what is currently happening, at the same time as focusing on the future.
  • To be a good leader stay close to your team, and use your judgment to move between leadership and management roles as necessary.
